Who is responsible

Your data is handled by OnRewire, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What data we take

• What you leave in the contact form: your name, your email, your company and your message.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage data, only to understand how the site is navigated. We don't use tracking cookies.

The contact form

What you leave in the form is sent to Resend, the provider we dispatch our email with, which processes it under its own policies in order to deliver your message to us. We don't publish it, and we don't use it for anything other than replying to you.

The site assistant (Gus)

Gus is the AI assistant that guides you across every page of the site. In order to answer you, the text you type in the chat is sent to Mistral AI, the model provider, which processes it under its own policies.

We don't store the content of the conversations: the history lives in your browser and disappears when you close the tab. If something fails technically, a temporary error record may remain in the platform logs, which we don't use for commercial purposes.

Gus never asks you for personal data, and we ask you not to type it into the chat either: that's what the contact form is for.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you, arrange a call and continue the conversation you started yourself. We never sell your data, nor transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes: beyond the providers named above, which process it on our behalf so the site can work, nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as needed to attend to your request and to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it or delete it.

How we measure

We use privacy-respecting analytics, without tracking cookies or individual profiles. We only look at site usage in aggregate.
